Many people choose to nap after taking lunch. It is good, it is very healthy. You can only complicate it when you are not napping in the right way. If you are privileged to have a stool with the chair, you can elevate your feet so that you are at the most comfortable position that will allow you nap.
Remember, it is not a deep sleep. It is just a nap that is purposeful. You should ensure that it meets its purpose. For instance, ensure that you are seated comfortably in the chair before you can actually begin to nap. Your position in the chair will also mean a lot in how you take the nap.
